Steak 'n Shake

I have been eating here every Friday evening for 4 years. November 4 2016 will be my last time.
After waiting 5 minutes to be seated, 10 to place my order the 20 minutes I waited for food I observed 2 young ladies scratching there head. Mind you there were 10 customers all waiting for food receipts or order to be taken. I asked to speak to manager. I read her lips I had to wait, which I had already been doing for a total of 35 min. People were complaining. Waitresses didn't seem to be properly trained , restaurant was dirty. I witnessed customers waiting to pay patiently with no one coming over to collect literally walk out.
After the disgusting eye witness accounts of management hat evening. We cancelled our order. Paid for pop and left, never to return again
What happened to the quality employees once employed at this location?
